Srinagar, Feb 14 : A five-year-old boy died after falling from a height inside his residence in the Bemina area of Srinagar on Saturday, officials said.

An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that the minor sustained critical injuries in the fall and was rushed to SMHS Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

The deceased was identified as Daniyal Sheikh, son of Parveez Ahmad Sheikh, a resident of Bemina.

Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated an investigation—(KNO)
