Budgam, June 16:  Terming forces action in Arwani Bijbehara as sheer vengeance, senior separatist leader and president Anjuman Shari Shian Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi said that this act is unjustified and immoral.

He said it has become a routine for Indian troopers to shot dead civilians in every nook and cranny of Kashmir.

Calling forces action as ruthless, Aga Hasan on Friday expressed his resentment over the killing of a civilian Muhammad Ashraf, thrashing people and ransacking properties by forces and said that it is absolute state terrorism.

“After routine combat and encounters between armed youth, forces in retaliation target civilians and ransack properties. It is unjustified and such retributions tantamount to war crimes,” said Aga Hasan.

He extended his condolence with bereaved family and said it is a willful murder and state forces deliberately killed Muhammad Ashraf. He expressed his resentment over ransacking of properties and thrashing innocent people and injuring protesters by forces.

Aga Hasan also paid rich tributes to renowned religious scholar Qazi Nisar and said that he was a luminary filled with the zeal to do something for the people of Kashmir.

He also condemned the terrorist attack on a mosque in Afgahaistan’s capital Kabul. He also condemned the continuous detention of renowned Nigerian Islamic Scholar Shiekh Abrahim Zakzaki. “He played a key role in making people aware about the sinister designs of America and Israel,” Aga Hasan said.
