Srinagar, Jan 12: Awami National Conference (ANC) President Begum Khalida Shah on Sunday expressed deep grief over the demise of noted political thinker and writer Pt. Bhushan Bazaz.

In her condolence message, Begum Khalida Shah said Kashmir has lost a distinguished secularist, a staunch champion of Kashmiriyat, and a tireless advocate of peace and secular unity. She added that his contributions to the socio-political discourse of Jammu and Kashmir will be remembered with respect.
Begum Khalida Shah prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and conveyed her solidarity with the bereaved family, wishing them strength to bear the irreparable loss. “Aameen,” she said.
