While sensitising the drivers regarding traffic rules, ARTO said that traffic violations leads to road accidents and kill hundreds of people on a daily basis. He said adherence to laws can avert most of the road accidents besides making commutation hassle free.

ARTO added that use of mobile phones, stunting, use of beams during night and non use of seat belts are common offences which can be easily avoided. He urged upon the drivers to be mindful of duties and responsibilities while driving and having self restraint in speeding limits is a way forward towards changing driving behaviours.
