Awantipora Police on Sunday presented a challan in Case FIR No. 86/2025, registered under Sections 2/3 of the EIMCO Act, before the Hon’ble Court against 40 accused persons.

According to a statement issued here, The accused are allegedly involved in anti-national activities and had allegedly crossed over to Pakistan for illegal arms training, after which they did not return, police said.

The investigation was carried out by the SHO Police Station Awantipora under the supervision of SDPO Awantipora. After completion of all legal formalities, the case was found fit for challan and accordingly submitted for judicial proceedings.

Police Awantipora reiterated its commitment to taking firm and lawful action against offenders and ensuring strict adherence to the rule of law.
