Corona Virus threat: “No need to be panic, follow advises carefully”, Govt. to people

Amid closure of schools in parts of Jammu Division and suspension of bio-metric attendance on Saturday as precautionary measure to deal with Corona Virus threat spread, Principal Secretary to Government Rohit Kansal asked people to “Don’t be panic” and “Follow all advises carefully”.
Kansal, who is also spokesperson of incumbent administration, appealed people to “don’t be panic”.
He said, people must follow all advises carefully given by doctors.

“There is no need to be panic. However people must follow all precautions faithfully advised by doctors”, Kansal said.

He further added, respiratory hygiene and hand hygiene are the best steps while dealing with Corona Virus threat.

It is pertinent to mention that authorities have ordered closure of all primary schools in Jammu and Samba districts till March 31.

Authorities have also suspended all biometric attendance in J&K till March 31.
