Covid-19: 12 new positive cases reported in J&K, total cases 380

12 new positive cases of novel Coronavirus – 11 from Kashmir division and one from Jammu – were reported today, taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 380.

“12 new cases- 11 from Kashmir 1 from Jammu division (Kathua). 10 recoveries too. Total cases now 380. Jammu Division-56 and Kashmir Division-324,” said the government spokesman, Rohit Kansal on Twitter.

The government has said that over 60000 travellers and persons in contact with suspected cases have been put under surveillance.

Scores of persons have been discharged after undergoing quarantine in the union territory.
