For the last two months there has been hue and cry about abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A of the Indian Constitution which guarantees special status to Jammu and Kashmir State.
The leaders at the Centre seem to be not sincere in its continuation, as what they say in morning, refute in the evening. It is not understood that why this special provision pinches their soul. When other states like Nagaland, Himachal, Mizoram, Andam & Nicobar also enjoy special provisions under the same Indian Constitution. Why don’t RSS in BJP dress oppose privileges enjoyed of this status first? Why they are particular about J&K only it is because of their nefarious designs they have for the Muslim majority of this state. Let BJP agitate and raise voice first against the provisions enjoyed by these terrorists, which they will not, but for the reasons Horse is Lost?. Why they are bent upon of scrapping Article-370 and 35-A only, because of inner and ulterior motives they have against muslims. The conditional accession with the “ India of Nehru, Gandhi and Azad” pertaining to J&K is because of Article 370 and 35 A. It is not something given by todays `Hinduvate Rulers” . The narrow minded thinking and communal vision of RSS rulers has nothing but to divide the country on the basis of caste, colour, creed, region and religion. The previous three years of BJP rule stands witness to the fact that during riots and disturbances created by RSS the mostly effected people have been Muslims only. Under the present move of abolishing of Article 370 and 35 A, the reason is that the special provision is availed of muslims in Kashmir. If it is not so why then New-Delhi does not file affidavit in its defense in Apex Court. Alas! The present state Govt. does not understand their motive and think over this issue seriously. They have forgotten that Delhi Govt. has never been sincere and good at heart ever since 1947. They have betrayed and deceived even the tallest leader of international fame like Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah in 1953. The State Govt. should apprehend the large consequences of the scraping of Article 370 and 35-A in the better interests of the State. Instead the state govt. always talk of so called “Alliance” which is neither the part of Indian Constitution nor provisions of J&K State Constitution as such their silence over not filing the counter affidavit in their own Apex Court is a deceitful silence and will not fetch anything for them, rather the conditions will go from bad to worst in the state. On the other hand the silence of Ladakh and Jammu people is also meaningful though the Constitutional provisions enjoyed by the state of Jammu and Kashmir as a whole includes Jammu and Ladakh as well. There is no separate or special privilege for Ladakh or Jammu yet the silence over this issue from these two regions is meaningful . Either it is a conspiracy to divide the state into three parts and the centre has given them false assurance of separate or direct and special amenities or to create hatred about Kashmir. Something is behind the screen . But the point remains that their silence will not be fruitful at this state. The scraping of Article 35-A will be equally harmful and detrimental for them ( Ladakh and Jammu People ) as well being a part of Jammu & Kashmir State.
