The District Administration Shopian today organized an impressive function to bid farewell to outgoing Joint Director, Planning, Shopian, Khursheed Ahmed Khatana on his transfer to Forest and Ecology Department, Civil Secretariat Srinagar.
The ongoing JDP served the Planning Department at Shopian for more than five years.The Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, Faz Lul Haseeb, Additional District Development Commissioner, Shopian, Dr. Nasir Ahmed Lone, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, Dr. Zakir Hussain besides district officers and the staff members of Planning department were present in the function.DC and other officers extended their best wishes to the JDP for his new assignment and highlighted his contribution in the district while hailing his working style.JDP expressed gratitude to officers and officials for organizing such an impressive farewell and for their active support and cooperation during his tenure in the district.
