VBSY witnesses overwhelming response from people in Kupwara

Viksit Baharat Sankalp Yatra (Viksit Baharat Sankalp Yatra), the driving force behind transformative initiatives, is experiencing a surge in momentum, with every passing day, in border District, Kupwara.

The VBSY, aimed at propelling development and positive change in the country, has gained significant attraction, with increasing participation of the people as the yatra is progressing. The yatra has successfully engaged with diverse segments of the community, fostering a spirit of collaboration and unity.On day five, the Yatra covered 18 panchayats of block Taratpora and Meelayal of Kupwara district. People in huge numbers thronged the venues to listen to the message of the PM of India. The venues presented a festive look with cultural events besides massive IEC campaigns about centrally sponsored schemes. The momentum of the yatra is testament to the change that has taken place in the valley, especially, the border district Kupwara, over the last few years.The VBSY, a massive outreach programme is aimed to bring about accountability and transparency by educating people about govt initiatives and fostering a sense of belonging among the citizens of the country.
