Srinagar, April 09 : The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah Thursday led senior party functionaries in felicitating and warmly welcoming Additional General Secretary & Rajya Sabha MP Chowdhary Mohammed Ramzan at party headquarters Nawa-e-Subha.
