Indian television producer Ekta Kapoor wished for Inion Minister and her best friend Smriti Irani’s speedy recovery. Smriti has been tested positive for Covid-19 .In an Instagram story, Ekta asked her friend to fight the novel coronavirus.
Ekta has shared a picture with Smriti in her story, to propel her to give a good fight to COVID-19 and get well soon. She has asked Smriti to get rid of the virus and has written, “My bestie pls kick corona out” alongside the photo.
Smriti tested positive for coronavirus a few days back. She announced about her being COVID-19 positive through a tweet on October 28. She had written, “It is rare for me to search for words while making an announcement; hence here’s me keeping it simple — I’ve tested positive for #COVID and would request those who came in contact with me to get themselves tested at the earliest.”
The former actress, who turned into a politician was campaigning for the upcoming Bihar elections, to seek votes for the National Democratic Alliance government. But the trying times have not taken away the spark from the 44-year-old politician. While she is recovering, Smriti has been making the most of her time surfing on the internet and making memes.
It was only next day after her announcement that Smriti shared a meme about falling sich just after she had started eating her veggies. The meme she shared read, “I’m so offended when my body decides to be sick. Like I gave you a vegetable last week. How dare you?” Her caption also had something similar to the meme, she wrote, “Just when I started having my veggie …have #covid…will fight back #dogazdoori #maskhaizaroori.”
We hope Ekta’s wishes and motivation works well for her bestie Smriti and she recovers as fast as she can and gets back to work. ( TOI )
