Pulwama March 26 : Upon the information received from the magistrate, Pampore police arrested one contractor namely Muneer Ahmad Mir
R/o Drangbal Pampore who had accommodated 35 labourers in his house for engaging them at construction site. The said contractor was directed by the District administration to keep the said labourers under home quarantine and not to engage them for any work outside in the area. However the said contractor defy the orders and engage them in construction work at Drangabal Pampore thereby endangering life of others. Pertinent to mention that said labourers have recently come to Pampore area from out of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir and were advised for home quarantine.
Case FIR no 21/2020 u/s 188,269,270 lPC stands registered against the said arrested person in Police Station Pampore.
