Srinnagar: J&K administration Thursday evening announced that restrictions on Internet would continue in J&K and that availability of 2G Internet would remain in force until 3rd April, 2020.

An order issued this effect issued by Principal Secretary, Home Deptt, J&K, vide order no. Home 21 (TSTS) on 26 March, 2020, said that “this order has been taken after a review of the overall situation and the alternatives.”
This news has been received with immense disappointment among people in J&K in the face of the mounting corona virus crisis in the region.
