Srinagar, Jul 10 : Scores of Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) job aspirants, wearing shrouds, staged a protest on Monday at Srinagar’s Press Enclave, demanding justice and highlighting their grievances.

The protesting aspirants, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said they have submitted their demands in a report, but despite the passage of seven months, no action has been taken.

Nisar Ahmad, an F&ES aspirant, urged the LG administration to promptly address their pleas.

“We are citizens of this country and possess Aadhar cards and other necessary documents. We have protested several times, but nothing has been done. We want to know the whereabouts of the inquiry report,” he said.
