Forces Launch CASO in Kreeri, Baramulla Village

The government forces on Wednesday launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Bangdara area of Kreeri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Reports reaching said that a joint team of Army’s 52 RR and SOG of JK Police launched CASO at Bangdara village of Kreeri Baramulla after receiving information about suspicious movement of militants in the area.

Sources said door to door search operation is going on and all entry and exit Points were sealed. However, no contact was established with the militants so far, till this report was filled.

It is pertinent to mention that the graph of militancy has declined North Kashmir and last encounter has taken place during the last month in which two JeM militants were killed.
