Srinagar, Jan 1 (KNC): The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered the transfer and posting of four officials of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service in the interest of administration, with immediate effect.
According to Government Order No. 1978-JK(GAD) of 2025, as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, Mr. Nazir Ahmad Pampori, In-charge Section Officer, has been transferred from the Directorate of Prosecution, J&K, and posted in the Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction.
Mr. Nishant Dev, Head Assistant, has been transferred from the Estates Department and posted in the J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu, while Mr. Shahzada Layakat Khan, Head Assistant, has been shifted from the Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction to the J&K Public Service Commission.
Similarly, Mr. Kashmiri Lal, Head Assistant, has been transferred from the Higher Education Department and posted in the Estates Department.
The order further states that all the officials shall be deemed to have been relieved. The transfers have been ordered by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir under the signature of Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, M. Raju (IAS). (KNC)
