SRINAGAR: (Apr 25) The Counter Intelligence wing of J&K Police on Saturday recovered various digital communication devices and incriminating material from inside Srinagar Central Jail while conducting searches in a terror-linked case, the officials said.

The case is registered under various sections of the erstwhile Indian Penal Code and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

Acting on credible inputs indicating the presence of suspicious digital signatures within the Central Jail premises, search operations were conducted across multiple blocks and barracks in close coordination with jail authorities, the officials said. ( PTI )
