Srinagar, April 18: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has forecast a spell of unsettled weather across Jammu and Kashmir over the next two days, with intermittent rain and thunderstorms expected at many places.

According to the forecast, April 18–19 will witness partly to generally cloudy skies with light rain or thundershowers, accompanied by gusty winds reaching 40–50 km/h and a possibility of hailstorms at isolated locations.

From April 20 to 23, weather conditions are expected to remain generally dry, offering temporary relief after the wet spell. However, between April 24 and 26, the MeT has predicted mainly dry weather with brief afternoon spells of light rain and gusty winds at a few places.
