New Delhi, Mar 10 : Amid the ongoing Parliament session, MP Chowdry Mohammad Ramzan on Tuesday attended a crucial meeting of floor leaders from the INDIA coalition, convened by Congress President and Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge, along with Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi.

The meeting served as a key platform for opposition lawmakers to deliberate on a unified strategy to corner the government on pressing national and regional issues. During the deliberations, MP Ramzan strongly articulated the urgent need to raise the “pressing concerns and aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir” on the floor of the House, stressing that the voice of the Union Territory must resonate in Parliament.

Sources indicated that the coalition leaders engaged in extensive discussions on coordinating their collective approach to effectively highlight these issues. The gathering underscored the alliance’s attempt to present a united front during the current legislative session, with a focus on holding the government accountable on multiple fronts. (KNS)
