J&K Polls: Iltija Mufti casts vote in Bijbehara

Bijhbehara, Sep 18 : Peoples Democratic Party candidate for Srigufwara-Bijhbehara assembly constituency and former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti’s daughter Iltija Mufti on Wednesday cast her vote.

Iltija is contesting her maiden assembly election.

Srigufwara-Bijhbehara is witnessing the electoral battle between three candidates including Iltija Mufti of PDP, NC’s Bashir Ahmad Veeri and BJP’s Sofi Yousuf.

Iltija is third generation of Mufti family to contest elections from Bijhbehara seat.
