Jammu and Kashmir Innovative Foundation For Transforming Society (JKIFTS) is likely to conduct a Youth Conference in J & K through its initiatives for youth development and innovation.
Chairman cum Director JKIFTS Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo today while talking to Kashmir Pen in a press release said “Our youth have lot of potential in multiple dimensions. To channelise and shape this potential and to explore it, we need to come up with multiple initiatives of innovation and development. JKIFTS as an organization will try to bring innovation and revolutionize lives in the society through the exploration of that potential.”
He said that we need to inculcate the ideas for youth innovation and development from foreign developed countries and that is the way forward to channelise that potential.
He said that Youth Conference is likely to be held next year in which certified members will get an opportunity to develop some projects related to health, education, social, environmental, cultural including others- to address the core issues and challenges we are facing in contemporary world.
He said that recently we launched the first ever advisory council of young columnists/writers to explore their potential and talent in writing – that received massive response across the state and for which we are developing a roadmap to channelise it innovatively.
