Terming the killing of a civilian in Kulgam as “genocide” of Kashmiris, the Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) has called for complete shutdown across for Kashmir on Saturday (January 13).

“Killing of youth is done under a well planned strategy. Probes ordered into these killings is nothing but a mere eyewash,” said the JRL comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik.

They asked the people to observe complete shutdown on Saturday to register strong protest against innocent killing of youth.
