The festival, supported by the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC), continues to provide a vital platform for regional and international filmmakers to showcase their work and engage with audiences.

A symbolic installation — “I ❤️ KWFF” — at the festival venue has become a popular attraction among visitors and guests, reflecting the growing affection and pride for the festival within the film fraternity and the public alike.

Renowned actor Rajit Kapur, who conducted a masterclass on “Comparative Study of Acting for Theatre and Films,” along with other eminent guests, graced the festival today. The screenings of multiple films from diverse regions added to the event’s rich cinematic experience.

The KWFF continues to celebrate the spirit of storytelling and artistic expression, reaffirming Kashmir’s place on the global film map.
