Jammu, Aug 24: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday extended a warm welcome to Hon’ble Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh Ji at Raj Bhawan, Jammu.

During the meeting, discussions were held on the overall security situation, development initiatives, and measures being undertaken to strengthen peace and stability in Jammu & Kashmir.

The Raksha Mantri’s visit comes in the backdrop of ongoing security reviews in the region, with a special focus on counter-terrorism efforts and welfare measures for armed forces personnel.

LG Sinha expressed gratitude for the Union Government’s continued support and reaffirmed the UT administration’s commitment to work in close coordination with the Ministry of Defence for ensuring peace and prosperity in J&K.
