Man involved in Srinagar hit and run case arrested: Police

 Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested an accused involved in hit-and-run case which led to the death of a person in Chanapora area of Srinagar district.

Srinagar Police in a tweet said, “Accused in hit and run case namely Shakir Nazir Teli R/o Peerbagh Hyderpora arrested. He was driving this Scooty that hit a pedestrian namely Mohd Rafiq Rather in chanapura area, victim later succumbed to injuries in hospital. FIR no 59/22 U/S 279,337,304A IPC already registered.”
