Jammu, March 25: MLA Bandipora Nizamuddin Bhat has once again raised the issue of pending service verifications with Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. Bhat has been consistently making efforts to safeguard the future of educated and deserving youth by strongly advocating for the early disposal of these cases, which have put the careers of many meritorious boys and girls at risk on flimsy grounds.

“It is a matter of grave concern that despite clear directions from the High Court, the implementation on the ground continues to face unnecessary hurdles. This delay is unjustly affecting the future of our youth,” Bhat said.

MLA Bhat expressed serious concern over the inordinate delays in implementation and urged Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to personally intervene and ensure that the cases are cleared without any further delay.

He reiterated his commitment to continuously raising the voice of the youth and standing up for their rights at every platform. “My efforts will not stop until educated and meritorious youngsters are given justice and their rightful place in the system,” he added.

The Chief Minister, who expressed full support for youth empowerment, assured MLA Bhat of prompt action and said the matter would be taken up with the concerned departments on priority to prevent further injustice.

It is now imperative that the assurances given are translated into timely action, so that the careers of deserving youth are safeguarded and justice is delivered without further delay.
