The meeting was attended by Party President Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Rajya Sabha MP Choudhary Mohammad Ramzan, Shami Oberoi and Provincial President Rattan Lal Gupta.

According to party sources, Block Presidents presented a detailed account of issues being faced at the local level, ranging from administrative bottlenecks to public grievances and development lags. Dr. Farooq Abdullah heard the concerns patiently and assured that concrete measures would be taken to address them both organisationally and politically.

Party leaders said the interaction was aimed at strengthening the organisation from the ground upwards and ensuring that the party remains responsive to the needs of the people | Kashmir Pen
