Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday inaugurated the NEP Conclave 2025, organised by the Higher Education Department, and lauded Jammu and Kashmir’s pioneering role in implementing the National Education Policy (NEP) across all higher educational institutions in the Union Territory.

“It is a matter of pride that J&K is among the first in the country to implement the National Education Policy in all higher educational institutions,” the Lt Governor said.

He said the UT administration is committed to building a future-ready academic ecosystem—one that is inclusive, innovative, and impactful.

“Our aim is to empower every student of Jammu and Kashmir to realise their potential, uphold the spirit of Viksit Bharat@2047, and emerge as proud contributors to the nation’s growth story,” the Lt Governor added.
