PD&SJ’s of Pulwama & Kupwara condole demise of father of Justice Sanjeev Kumar

The Principal District and Sessions Judge (PD&SJ) Pulwama, Naseer Ahmad Dar and PD&SJ Kupwara, Shazia Tabasum today condoled the demise of Shri Utam Chand Shukla, the father of Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Judge High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

In this connection, two separate condolence meetings were held at District Court Complex (DCC) Pulwama and DCC Kupwara chaired by PD&SJ Pulwama and PD&SJ Kupwara respectively.

In the condolence meeting held at DCC Pulwama, the PD&SJ Pulwama, Naseer Ahmad Dar extended condolences and expressed deep sympathies on behalf of all the participants to the grieved family particularly to Justice Sanjeev Kumar.

The Condolence meeting, attended by all the Judicial Officers of the District and other staff members, emphasized the solidarity and support of the legal fraternity of District Pulwama with the bereaved family at this difficult time.

Judicial officers from muffasil courts of District Pulwama joined the meeting through virtual mode.

The PD&SJ Kupwara, Shazia Tabasum on the occasion shared words of solace, acknowledging the immense loss suffered by the bereaved family. She expressed deep sympathy for Justice Sanjeev Kumar, recognizing the profound impact of losing a beloved father.

The memories of Late Utam Chand Shukla will forever be cherished, and his contributions to the legal fraternity will be remembered with deep respect, added Shazia Tabasum.

Meanwhile, Judicial Officers of District Kupwara also expressed heartfelt condolences to Justice Sanjeev Kumar Shukla and members of the bereaved family, on the sad demise of his father.
