Inox Srinagar, September 28, 2024 – Following the successful opening of the Seven 2 Creations-organized Jehlum Jammu Kashmir Film Carnival,with Hussein Khans LINES the event continues its mission to provide a platform for the immense local talent of Jammu and Kashmir. The next highlight of the festival is the much-anticipated screening of Qouluf, a Kashmiri feature film directed by Ali Emran, slated for release on 4th October 2024.
Qouluf is a unique cinematic work deeply rooted in the spiritual philosophy of Kashmir and holds the distinction of being the first Kashmiri language film to be screened in a cinema hall after a remarkable 60-year hiatus. The film features a stellar local cast, including Bashir Dada, Nazir Josh, Amin Bhat, Hakeem Javaid, and the late Rasheed Shahnaaz.
