Sahitya Akedmi New Delhi organised one day national literary meet of young Kashmiri writers and poets in collaboration with JKAACL here in k l Saigal hall at Academy premises Canal Road Jammu During the one day meet paper reading session short story and poetic session were held .Sh.Sanjeev Rana (KAS) Additional Secretary JKAACl presided over the function whereas Sh. Bashir Bhadarwahi renowned Kashmiri poet and author shared the presidium as chief Guest while coming to the guests and participants in the event.

G N Aatish Convenor sahitya Akedmi advisory board Said that sahitya Akedmi organised this event to project and propagate analytical thoughts in young Kashmiri budding poets and writer So that’ the Kashmiri language can be developed through young coming generations Sh GN Aatish further Added that Academy is playing laudable role under the dynamic leadership of Sh,Rahul Pandey IAS Secretary JKAACL and Additional Secretary Jkaacl Sh,Sanjeev Rana (KAS)hoping that Academy will do more best for the development of Art and literature in Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
while in his presidential address Sh.Sanjeev Rana Additional Secretary JKAACL told that Academy always organise such type of activities for development of Art and literature in union territory of Jammu and Kashmir he further said that Academy will also nourish the local languages which have rich treasures of cultural diversity of UT of jK .shri Bashir Bhadharwahi and Aseer Kishtwari also shared their thoughts.
The The short Story session was presided over by Brij Nath betab eminent poet writer and translator,sh Betab praised the efforts of the sahitya Akedmi and Academy of Art culture and languages for organising such type of the events for young budding writers of Kashmiri language the short story in this session were presented by sh.Rinku koul Dolly Ticko and Vinod kumar whereas in the paper reading session Kaiser Malik ,Sahil Abbas and firdous Ahmed parray presented their papers .Dr Arvinder Singh Amn presented vote of thanks.The proceedings of the function were conducted by Dr.Gulzar Ahmed Rather.The other prominent writers and pets include Payaray Hataish ,Autar Hugami, Dr Javed Rahi,Santosh Shah nadan Etc .
