Suspicious Object Found in Tappar Pattan, Area Cordoned Off

Baramulla, Jan 20 (KNC): Security forces on Tuesday detected a suspicious object along the roadside in the Tappar Pattan area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, police said.

A top police officer told the news agency KNC, the object was found during routine area domination and movement checks.

He said, soon after the detection, the area was cordoned off and a Bomb Disposal Squad was called in to examine the object.—(KNC)
