A female was found dead in Anchar Lake in Soura area of Srinagar outskirts on Tuesday, officials said.
Officials said that locals found a semi decomposed unidentified female body, saying that they later informed police about it.
They further stated that police has reached the spot, adding that further investigation has been taken up.
