In a riveting 279th session presided over by the esteemed Dr. Nazir, President F W Guild, a diverse assembly gathered to delve into the world of compelling stories. Tousif Raza presented his short story titled “Lost in the Fog,” captivating the audience.
Adding to the literary feast, Dr. Manzoor Nazar presented a Kashmiri short story titled “Badshah,” transporting attendees into the world of narration.
The distinguished attendees included Mohi ud Din Reshi, Suhail Salim, Naveed Qazi, Dr. Hinana Barjees, and G. N. Shahid. Their collective presence enriched the intellectual exchange, fostering an atmosphere of shared appreciation for literature.
The session, marked by intellectual fervor, showcased the power of storytelling to bridge diverse perspectives and foster a deeper understanding of our shared human experiences. In the presidential address, President FW G Dr. Nazir Mushtaq not only encouraged the story writers but also promised to carry on the mission of Guild to other parts of the Valley.
Gen. Secretary Eng. Shafi Ahmad, in his vote of thanks note, conveyed gratitude to one and all, besides making it a point to add more classical short stories to the list of ‘From the Classical Bucket’ recently added feature in Guild Sessions.
