Srinagar, Nov 4: The Kashmir Weather Forecast has issued a fresh weather advisory predicting rain and snowfall across Jammu and Kashmir during the next 12 hours.

According to the latest update, rain showers are expected over the plains, while fresh snowfall is likely over higher reaches including Sonamarg, Gulmarg, Doodhpathri, and adjoining mountain regions tonight.

Moderate snowfall is also expected over Sinthan Top, Zojila Top, Razdan Top, and Peer Ki Gali during this period.

The weather is likely to improve from tomorrow morning, with mostly dry conditions prevailing across J&K till November 18, the statement added.
