Woman critical after being hit by Car at Lasjan Bridge

A woman was critically injured after being hit by a car at Lasjan Bridge on Monday, officials said.

According to officials a Hyundai Verna (JK01AS-2835), driven by Ishfaq Sultan Wani of Habak Naseem Bagh, was heading from Nowgam towards Panthachowk when it struck pedestrian Razia Hamid of Khunmoh.

Razia was shifted to hospital where doctors described her condition as critical, they added.

Meanwhile, police have registered FIR No. 74/2025 under sections 281 and 125(A) IPC at the concerned police station and initiated further investigation.
