Educate people at grassroots about Art 35 A/370: Nasir

Srinagar, AUG 19: National Conference Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani Saturday impressed upon Youth National Conference to educate people at grassroots about states special status particularly about Art 370/35 A.

Speaking at a meeting convened at party headquarters Nawa e Subha Srinagar, Nasir said that involving youth in the decision making process has been the cornerstone of party’s core policy. “NC would continue to involve young decision makers in its efforts to protect State’s special status and its dignity. Invasive forces that are obviously corroding the basic fabric of our existence should be fought tooth and nail,” he said while addressing YNC Provincial Committee members and District Presidents.

Nasir asked the youth leaders to counter the dangerous propaganda machinery by PDP BJP combine and ensure that correct information on states critical issues reaches out to youth.

The meeting was also addressed by YNC Provincial President Salman Ali Sagar who spoke at length on party activities and its outreach among youth. While giving details about YNC initiatives and programmes in the recent past, Salman assured NC Provincial President of YNCs commitment to party dictum and its programs.

Among others who participated in the meeting included Sr Vice President Mohammad Syed Akhoon, Vice president Mushtaq Guroo,Provincial Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar, Minority Cell Convener Azad Singh, YNC office bearers Mudassir Shahmiri, Adv Jahangir Wani, Ahsan Pardesi and party office bearers.
