Srinagar March 20: In a heartfelt initiative to spread joy during the holy festival, Ehsaas Foundation has extended its Eid-ul-Fitr assistance program to various parts of Kashmir, reaching underprivileged families in need.
As part of the campaign, the foundation distributed food kits, Eid clothing, and financial support to widows, orphans, and economically struggling households. Volunteers actively participated in ensuring that aid reached even remote areas, reflecting the true spirit of compassion and generosity associated with Eid.
On this occasion, General Secretary Aabida Rashid shared a special message, emphasizing unity and empathy: “Eid-ul-Fitr teaches us the values of kindness, sharing, and standing by those in need. At Ehsaas Foundation, our mission is to ensure that no family feels left behind during moments of celebration. We urge people to come forward and support humanitarian efforts so that together we can build a more caring and inclusive society.”
She further highlighted the importance of community-driven initiatives and thanked donors and volunteers for their unwavering support in making the Eid program successful.
The Ehsaas Foundation reiterated its commitment to continuing welfare activities in Kashmir, focusing on sustainable development and uplifting marginalized communities beyond the festive season.
