J&K Govt Issues Civil Secretariat Duty Roster for Ministers for June–July 2026

Deputy CM Surinder Choudhary, Javid Dar, Sakeena Itoo, Satish Sharma and Javed Rana Assigned Weekly Duty at Jammu Secretariat

JAMMU, June 28 (KNC): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has issued the roster of Cabinet Ministers who will remain available at the Civil Secretariat, Jammu, during the months of June and July 2026 to ensure smooth governance, administrative continuity, and timely disposal of public and official business.

According to Government Order No. 1130-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated June 27, 2026, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), five Cabinet Ministers, including the Deputy Chief Minister, have been assigned duty on specified dates at the Civil Secretariat, Jammu.

As per the roster, Javid Ahmad Dar, Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Departments, will remain available from June 29 to July 3, 2026.

Sakeena Masood Itoo, Minister for Health & Medical Education, School Education, Higher Education and Social Welfare Departments, will be available from July 6 to July 10, 2026.

Satish Sharma, Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport, Science & Technology, Information Technology, Youth Services & Sports and ARI & Trainings Departments, has been assigned duty from July 13 to July 17, 2026.

Javed Ahmed Rana, Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs Departments, will remain available from July 20 to July 24, 2026.

Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary will remain stationed at the Civil Secretariat, Jammu, from July 27 to July 31, 2026.

The General Administration Department stated that the roster has been notified to ensure the regular availability of Ministers at the Civil Secretariat for attending official assignments, reviewing departmental matters and addressing public issues during the scheduled period.

The order has been issued under the signature of M. Raju, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department. (KNC)
