Demonstrating its unwavering commitment to public service, Police in Ganderbal has been providing timely assistance to tourists and local residents stranded due to heavy snowfall and adverse weather conditions at Gund and Sonamarg.

A Spokesperson said, “Police teams, deployed on the ground despite harsh conditions, are working relentlessly to ensure the safety and well-being of the stranded individuals. The assistance included evacuation of vehicles stuck in deep snow, facilitation of safe movement, and on-spot help to vulnerable commuters.”
